Why?

Self-help content is everywhere. Mental illness is everywhere. These topics are important. Genuine guidance is vital. But it does not always present itself within the self-help industry. Through all the regurgitated buzzwords, self-proclaimed gurus, and guilt-tripping in the industry, it is nearly impossible to know where to turn. People are lost. I may not know everything, but I do know we need clear direction. My goal is to provide anyone in need with a less followed but more genuine approach to growth and self-development.
